CURRIE, NC (WWAY) — Have you ever wondered about becoming a historical reenactor?

On Saturday, August 25 from 10 a.m. to Noon, Moores Creek National Battlefield will hold an informational meeting and orientation on how to get involved with Living History, which is reenacting and storytelling in a historical setting. Staff and volunteers will be provide a brief overview of volunteer opportunities offered in the park and how you can participate. There will be demonstrations and Q & A sessions. The meeting will last approximately 2 hours.
